Did you know that drinking
water is one the the important things you can do for your body? Experts say
that we should drink ounces of water equal to one half our body weight each
day. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of
water. The Almighty Creator gave us a hint as to the importance of water
because water(s) is mentioned 7 times in the first 10 verses of the first
chapter of Genesis

maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps
activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30
minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
